Planning a yacht interior update
Yacht interiors involve more decisions than a single replacement seat. A few things worth thinking through before you reach out:
- Which spaces to include. Some owners update the salon, staterooms and cockpit together so the materials and colors match throughout. Others start with one area.
- Re-cover or rebuild. If the frames and bases are sound, new covers and foam may be all that is needed. Pieces that have lost their shape or hold moisture may need more work.
- Interior vs. exterior materials. Cabin upholstery and exterior seating face different conditions, so material choices are usually discussed separately for each area.
- Details that tie it together. Piping, stitching patterns and how headliners and panels relate to the seating all shape the finished look.
How a Naples project works
Use our contact form to send photos of each area you want to update, along with the yacht’s make, model and length and where it is kept. We go over the scope, materials and details with you, then provide a project-specific estimate. Depending on the project, pieces can be brought to our shop, or pickup and on-site measuring can be arranged when appropriate. Project timelines vary depending on the size and scope of the work. We provide an estimated timeline based on the project requirements.
